8^th International Workshop on Bibliometric-enhanced Information Retrieval (BIR 2019) is part of the 41^st European Conference on Information Retrieval (ECIR 2019). The annual ECIR is the premier European forum for the presentation of new research results in the field of Information Retrieval. The conference will take place in Kologne, Germany on 14^th – 18^th of April 2019. Iacopo Vagliano from ZBW is going to present at the BIR 2019 the paper on “Recommending Multimedia Educational Resources on the MOVING Platform” by I. Vagliano and S. Nazir.
