Know-Center and TU Dresden sucessfully participated in the Workshop “Lern-und Wissensmangement im Zeitalter der Industrie 4.0” at the “9th Konferenz Professionelles Wissensmanagement” in Karlsruhe, Germany, from April 5-7. Two extended abstracts and a poster were accepted. TUD presented “MOVING the Industry 4.0”, which represented the initial concept of the MOVING Platform from a didactical point of view (see Figure 1). Know-Center gave a talk about “Adaptive and Reflective Training Support for Improving Search Behaviour in Industry 4.0” and presented a poster with the same topic (see Figure 2 and 3). The Adaptive Training Support represents a tool that provides guidance for learning how to use the MOVING Platform and improve the search behaviour. After both presentations, an interesting questions and answer session followed. The proceedings can be found under: http://ceur-ws.org/Vol-1821/.
