MOVING at JCDL 2016

Chifumi Nishioka from ZBW, a member of the MOVING consortium, will present the novel HCF-IDF profiling method that will be used in the MOVING platform at the JCDL 2016 to be held in Newark, NL, USA on 19th-23th of June. HCF-IDF profiling method is a factor that influence the recommendation performance of a scientific publication recommender system based on users’ tweets.
