ACM User Modelling, Adaptation and Personalization conference (UMAP2018) is the premier international conference for researchers and practitioners working on systems that adapt to individual users, to groups of users, and that collect, represent, and model user information.

Lukas Galke from ZBW presented multi-modal adversarial autoencoders for recommendation and evaluate them on two different tasks: citation recommendation and subject label recommendation. The paper was presented in the session “Personalized Recommender Systems III”.
