On July 13, 2017 Prof. Dr. Andrzej M.J. Skulimowski (PBF) presented, at the 24th International Conference on Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM’2017) that was held in Ottawa, Canada, 9-14 July, 2017 the paper with title: “Multicriteria decision planning with anticipatory networks”. The talk included also an application to ensuring the sustainability of a digital knowledge platform provided an insight to the core methodology of multicriteria assessment and the mutual relations between the MOVING development factors and their future impacts. The ultimate goal was to select a development strategy ensuring the viability and sustainable exploitation of the MOVING knowledge repository during the project durability period and beyond. Over 200 top experts in MCDM from 32 countries took part. The above paper will be published as a book chapter in the MCDM’2017 Post Proceedings to be printed by the CRC Press.
